Position Overview

ATL, A Bureau Veritas Company, is seeking a dynamic Operations Project Coordinator to join our team of dedicated professionals focused on client service and quality. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, accountable, forward-thinking, and possess outstanding leadership development and/or technical skills, organizational awareness, and a commitment to excellence. 

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Heavily administrative based position with a focus on contracts and payments
  • Navigate complex inquiries to ensure appropriate internal and external resources are engaged
  • Build relationships with and communicate effectively with internal operations teams and external clients for contract formation and administration.
  • Work within Ariba and SAP to submit and track purchase requisitions and purchase orders
  • Ensure there is alignment with client policy and procedures during all steps of the contract and payment process
  • Maintain confidential information and ensure both internal and external clients are informed of all relevant updates
  • Generate and maintain tracking reports for item status and process performance while ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
  • Independently manage assigned workflows within the set time parameters
  • Execute documented standard processes to independently complete daily work activity with a high attention to detail
  • Work as a collaborative member of a team to continually improve on abilities, processes, and SOPs 
  • Perform other essential tasks, projects, and responsibilities as required across a varied workspace

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelors Degree required – scientific or business related discipline preferred
  • Ability to learn and operate multiple tools and trackers while comprehending their purpose for process improvement and proper utilization
  • Superior written and oral communications
  • Proven Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
  • SharePoint or Collab Site experience
  • Solid track record of delivering excellent administrative coordination and organization
  • Experience working in an FDA/cGMP regulated environment or industry with confidentiality is preferred
  • Self-starter, takes initiative to follow through on outstanding tasks, often independently
