What You’ll Do:

  • Analysis of various small and large molecules using various separation, quantification, purification & synthesis methods
  • Use of general laboratory equipment including but not limited to pipettors, centrifuges, incubators, biological safety cabinets, and balances.
  • Instrumentation for methods & techniques described include LC-MS, HPLC, Liquid Handling Systems, Nanodrop, etc.
  • Data analysis and troubleshooting
  • Lab experience with solution prep, separation, quantification, synthesis methodologies for DNA/RNA, proteins, oligonucleotides, etc.
  • Software includes instrument-specific for capturing and analyzing data, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams/SharePoint, etc.), LIMS, electronic laboratory notebooks, etc.
  • Detailed record keeping of daily experiments in electronic notebook systems
  • General Lab Maintenance

What You’ll Need:

  • Ideal candidates will have at minimum a B.S. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related discipline.  M.S. preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Experience with aseptic technique and GLP
  • Strong written and oral communications skills.
