What You’ll Do:

  • Sample and reagent management. Receive and QC shipping manifests prior to sample release to lab staff.
  • Tracking, receiving, registering, organizing, store, label and routing of samples and reagents.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support. High client visibility.
  • Maintain confidential information and ensure clients are informed of changes or revisions.
  • Maintain multiple needed communications with internal and external partners (CRO).
  • Generate and maintain several data reports ensuring all information is accurate and up to date at all times.
  • Must be highly organized, able to manage multiple work and communications lines between external vendors
  • (CRO’s) and our internal clients.
  • Responsible for transferring data from external and internal vendor portals to multiple locations for the client.
  • Perform other essential tasks projects and responsibilities as required.

 

What You’ll Need:

  • Must be self-regulated and have high attention to detail for quality and strong organization skills.
  • An understanding of regulatory compliance is an advantage.
  • Professional, clear and concise communicate required in both written and verbal formats
  • Proven Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand job-specific software is required
  • Ability to understand basic scientific terminology and communicate it to others

  • Be a proven multi-tasker that truly thrives on juggling multiple projects in a deadline driven environment
  • Possess strong organizational skills with ability to quickly assess project status and communicate it effectively

Education and Experience:

  • Degree requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Science (AS degree acceptable with long specific experience in

industry)

  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience with specimen management.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in highly detail-oriented environment

 

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of above.
