BVNA is looking for NDE certified inspectors with current or previous certifications in VT and PT at a minimum.  Prior experience working inside a nuclear facility is a plus.  Candidates must have possessed, at a minimum, LII VT certification for 2 years.  All training and OJT documentation must be provided for verification from our clients.  Candidate should also possess a current AWS CWI certification – but this does not preclude the need for a VT Level II certification.  Most work may be seasonal, with fill-in jobs between nuclear assignments available if interested.

 

Candidate must be willing to travel 75-80% of the time.  Most work will occur at active nuclear power generation facilities mainly in the US – but at times overseas.  Long hours during outages to be expected.  Any office work will be home based.

 

Candidate must pass a nuclear background check.  Minimum education requirement is a high school diploma.  Proficiency in computer applications such as Word and Excel required.
