Client-focused office needs a reliable, well-organized Resource Coordinator to handle day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency, time management, and quality results. The Resource Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Project Managers with all aspects of the project management to include coordination with clients, invoicing, inspectors, time management and overall coordination. We’re looking for a strong, energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats.  This position pays $27-$32 per hour.

 

Responsibilities:

• Project/Client interface.

 

• Liaison with project managers' assigned inspectors.

 

• Monthly financial review to ensure projects are within budget.

 

• Coordination of travel.

 

• Review of time and expenses.

 

• Creation and distribution of Service Orders for each inspectors' assignment.

 

• Organization of Inspectors' reports, to include review for administrative details, filing, and sending to client as required (per various contracts).

 

 

Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 

• Functions well in fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

 

• Associates Degree/Bachelor’s Degree in Business.

 

• Five plus years’ experience in Project Coordination or Administrative Support Services.
