Job Title: Director of Integrated Solutions
As the Director of Integrated Solutions, you’ll play a key role in leading our efforts to provide top-tier service to both internal and external clients. This position is perfect for a strategic thinker and strong leader who can manage multiple departments, drive operational efficiency, ensure fiscal responsibility, and maintain high-quality service.
In this role, you will oversee various departments such as IT Product Development, Quality, Training, Big Data Management, and Field Operations. You will work closely with leadership to drive strategic initiatives, ensuring client satisfaction and operational success. You'll also participate in sales efforts, including presentations and trade shows, and ensure that client needs are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Collaboration: Unify three distinct business units under a cohesive, strategically aligned program management framework. Foster communication and collaboration across teams to ensure operational efficiency, profitability, and innovation.
- Strategic Planning: Work with senior leadership to align program structures with organizational goals, providing a single point of contact for clients while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Operational Excellence: Design and implement processes to maximize operational efficiency, using data analytics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and maintain high standards of service.
- Client Engagement: Serve as a central point of communication between internal teams and clients, ensuring client expectations are met and opportunities for upselling are identified.
- Project Management: Oversee program intake, scheduling, technology deployment, and vendor engagement. Ensure all project deliverables meet industry standards and align with client expectations.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks early in the project lifecycle and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
Essential Duties
- Develop and implement new initiatives to improve operational efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Ensure fiscal responsibility by managing budgets, workforce capacity, and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with leadership on annual budgets and quarterly updates.
- Drive team performance based on KPIs and ensure measurable service delivery.
- Assist with proposal development for client and project-specific scopes of work.
- Support talent acquisition by interviewing and screening prospective candidates.
- Provide technical training and ensure standard operating procedures are documented.
- Participate in special committees and leadership meetings to achieve operational goals.
Supervisory Responsibilities
You will manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them meet their goals. This includes training, performance appraisals, addressing complaints, and resolving any operational issues.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience) and at least 7 years of related experience. If you don’t have a degree, 10 years of relevant experience will be considered.
- Experience managing teams of 75+ employees and P&L management experience of 2+ years.
- Certifications such as PMP or industry-specific licenses (Architect, Engineer, Energy Manager, etc.) are a plus.
- Proficiency in using project management, word processing, and spreadsheet software.

Physical Demands
The role includes both office and field duties. You’ll need to be comfortable with standing, walking, sitting, and using a computer for extended periods. Occasional travel to client sites across the U.S. will be required, including walking, climbing ladders, and operating a vehicle.

Salary: Approximately $100,000 - $150,000 depending on experience
Annual Incentive Bonus Plan
Base Pay is adjusted based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
