SUMMARY:
Establishes divisional Sales & Marketing strategy and implements a business plan in support of overall objectives. Primary focus wil be on growing the project management business line by focusing on strategic high impact clients. Responsible for exceeding company revenue plan via profitable revenue generation.
Proven expertise in driving project management sales within key verticals, including design-build and turnkey execution services on a national scale. Adept at cultivating and managing relationships with clients across diverse industries such as retail, restaurant, grocery, banking, hospitality, airport, automotive, convenience store/petroleum, healthcare, and electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure. Demonstrated success in delivering tailored solutions that align with client objectives, emphasizing quality, efficiency, and innovation to exceed expectations and achieve business growth. Skilled in leveraging deep industry knowledge to identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and streamline project delivery from inception to completion.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other job-related duties may be assigned in conformance with state and federal regulations.
- Experience focusing on these verticals: design-build and turnkey execution services on a national scale for clients in retail, restaurant, grocery, banking, hospitality, airport, automotive, convenience store/petroleum, healthcare, and electric vehicle (EV) charging.
- Establishes objectives within the market by identifying key organizations and researching and analyzing these organizations; understands current and future market trends for key organizations.
- Establishes current and long-range objectives, plans, and policies for strategic development of Sales, Marketing, and Client Services.
- Collarborates with Operations to generate a growth plan that can be dlivered by sales and executed by ops.
- Develop and enforce KPIs.
- Keep management informed of new expected sales and back log.
- Be able to develop a cadence for monthly updates
- Manage sales force report development
- Responsible for primary revenue generation.
- Develops and directs execution of comprehensive Sales/Marketing plans and programs to support revenue objectives of the organization.
- Creates a vision (working in conjunction with BV North America Sales team) for the company's Sales & Marketing departments and plans for the implementation of new projects and products.
- Dispenses advice, guidance, direction, and authorization to carry out major plans and procedures, consistent with established policies.
- Works collaboratively with Technical Operations and Information Systems to discern competitiveness of new technologies and to develop new products.
- Researches, analyzes, and monitors financial, technical, and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities.
- Reviews operating results of the organization, compares them to established objectives, and takes steps to ensure that appropriate measures are taken to correct unsatisfactory results.
- Creates budgets for Sales & Marketing; allocates resources and determines schedule of project deadlines.
- Establishes and maintains an effective system of communications throughout the organization.
- Represents organization with major customers and the public.
- Maintains open communication with management and staff regarding departmental and operational matters.
- Maintains organizational team through recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Manages organizational team results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; plans, monitors and appraises job results.
- Enhances professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Protects operations by keeping company information confidential.
- Delivers outstanding customer service through timely response and proactive solutions to clients’ needs.
- Demonstrates BV’s guiding principles in support of the company's strategic goals.
- Follows all documented policies, Standard Operating Procedures, and Work Instructions applicable to the position and support of BV's quality standards and strategic initiatives.
- Maintains safe and clean work area by complying with all procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Directly supervises employees within the Sales and Marketing teams, and indirectly supervises employees within the Client Services team. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work.

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university in related field; minimum of ten years of related experience. In lieu of degree, fifteen years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- Valid driver's license required with no significant motor vehicle report (MVR) points/violations (clean driving record).
Language Ability: Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and standard operating procedures. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients, peers, and technical field staff.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Technology Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be proficient in operating a computer, having knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheet software, and project management software.
