Overview
Position Title: Program Specialist, Consumer Products (Part-time)
Entity: Consumer Products Services Division
Department: CPS
Location: Woonsocket, RI
FLSA: Non-Exempt
Hours Worked: Part-Time: Typically, 16 hours per week, two eight hour days per week.
However, must be flexible to meet the needs of the department and complete other projects as assigned.

• Lead the program change and understand the program requirements.
• Clearly understanding account priorities and initiatives by using project plan to achieve. Regular review of progress internally and have regular review with clients on the progress.
• Handle the program changes in a holistic approach to consider every detail and clarify with Operations if needed, then work with processes and assess the success of implementation
• Ensure program instruction is written in clear, simple and executable manner
• Daily or weekly service delivery monitoring, check daily on problem areas. Active management with lab for resolution
• Regular calls, discussions and meetings with Account Management; Sharing presentations, meeting notes and key messages. Involving Technical Consultants, engagement with the client when necessary.
• Utilize BV systems as tools to monitor program KPIs (e.g. OneSource, Tableau Reporting) and prepare a standardized summary for client upon request.
• Build strong relationships with Operations globally by direct phone calls and engagement.
• Able to design, develop and conduct a success program operationalization training for the network as needed
• Continuously simplifying and improving program documentations.

• Good planning, organizing, project management, coordination, execution follow through and process improvement skills, Ability to escalate when necessary
• Good leadership, program management, problem solving, strong communications, critical thinking and presentation skills
• Ability to prioritize and perform required follow up
• Client interaction skills: Demonstrated ability to work with customers, determine their requirements, secure additional business, define and assist in solving problems, and generally ensure their total satisfaction with BV
• Ability to assess the work, simplify the program and streamline the process.
• Ability to work well under pressure, handle crisis situations, and balance several tasks simultaneously in a high-pressure environment
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Good team player with strong interpersonal, communications and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, responsible, patient and customer-oriented and detail-oriented
• Strong computer skills. Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Teams etc.) and BV internal systems
• Initial Tracker Creation – identifying list of items that will be pulled for RQC testing; sharing this list on SharePoint with the BV team
• Requesting samples from DC’s to be sent to the lab for testing
• Deviation Management – reviewing failures as they come through and working across multiple areas (lab on historical testing data, supplier feedback, etc)
• Weekly meetings (internal with lab and with client)
• Invoicing (monthly basis)
• Other Tasks – TFC’s (Test for Cause); RTS (Return to Stock)
Education and Experience:
• Bachelors is required
• Minimum of three years working experience in total – with experience in program management in consumer product testing, quality assurance, process/quality engineering or design for manufacturability
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of the above.
