Deputy Project Coordinator (QMS Inspection) #Talav

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Metallurgy, Electrical, Industrial, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project coordination, vendor inspection management, or QA/QC administration within the Oil & Gas / Energy sector.
• Experience supporting major International Oil Companies (IOCs); familiarity with BP standards is an advantage.
• Good understanding of Third-Party Inspection (TPI), shop inspection workflows, and Inspection Release Certificates (IRC).
• Familiarity with offshore personnel mobilization, including MCU, BOSIET/FOET, PPE readiness, and site access requirements.
• Knowledge of QMS procedures, inspection tracking systems, and project documentation.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple inspection requests and tight deadlines.
