Purpose of the position / Overall task:
Coordinate machine component, equipment and HSE inspection activities, ensuring that assigned inspectors meet the requirements of both internal and external customers, quality and safety standards and company internal regulations.
Responsibilities and main activities:
- Distributes and assigns tasks to inspectors based on customer requirements (internal and external), team competencies and established priorities, ensuring optimization of available time and resources.
- Acts as the main point of contact between clients and inspectors, ensuring that client requirements are understood and clearly communicated and that all terms and agreements are fully adhered to.
- Monitors and manages contracts with inspectors, including tracking deadlines and ensuring contractual obligations are met. Ensures that all activities comply with established terms and conditions.
- Tracks the progress of activities and evaluates financial performance to ensure that budgets are met and financial objectives are achieved.
- Centralizes all customer payments, ensuring payments are recorded correctly and on time.
- Works with the finance team to optimize resource utilization, reduce operating costs, and identify and explain any discrepancies.
- Accounting and auditing as well as certificate issuance.
- Provides regular reports to the direct supervisor on the status of projects and activities, analyzes team performance and budget development, and proposes solutions and measures for process improvement.
- Continuously monitors market trends as well as customer requirements and needs and identifies opportunities to develop new services and expand the customer portfolio.
- Stay up to date with new legislation and regulations in the field of industrial inspections.
Professional requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in design engineering / project engineering / environmental sciences or related fields.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in team coordination or project management.
- Technical knowledge of machinery, equipment, industrial processes and safety regulations.
- Advanced knowledge of using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Driver's license.
- English – advanced level.

Scope of work: 20-25 hours per week with the willingness to increase to 40 hours per week within 1-1.5 years.
* Depending on qualifications and experience, the position is remunerated with a gross annual salary of approximately €40,000 - €55,000 (based on 40 hours per week).
