The Local Finance Admin is responsible for supporting the finance department's daily operations through administrative tasks, financial record management, and coordination of finance-related processes.

 

Responsibilities and main activities: 

  • Administration of all incoming invoices and expense claims
  • Management of accounts payable and receivable functions
  • Processing and filing of financial documentation
  • Maintenance of financial records and databases
  • Preparation and processing of routine financial transactions
  • Support with month-end and year-end closing procedures
  • Assistance with budget tracking and financial reporting
  • Creation and maintenance of internal controls and audit trails
  • Coordination with external auditors and compliance requirements
  • Coordination of supplier payments and invoice management
  • Support for general communication and administrative approaches
  • Collaboration with colleagues across departments
  • Maintenance of filing systems and document organization
  • Support for finance-related projects as assigned
  • Assistance with financial analysis and reporting tasks
  • General administrative support to the finance team
  • Coordination of finance department meetings and schedules

 

Required Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Proficiency with financial software and MS Office
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Professional communication skills
  • English (Advanced level)
  • German - Medium level

 

Desirable Qualifications

  • Previous finance or accounting experience
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Familiarity with invoice processing and expense management

 

Reports To: Finance Central Europe Manager (AUT, CZE, SVK).
