The Local Finance Admin is responsible for supporting the finance department's daily operations through administrative tasks, financial record management, and coordination of finance-related processes.
Responsibilities and main activities:
- Administration of all incoming invoices and expense claims
- Management of accounts payable and receivable functions
- Processing and filing of financial documentation
- Maintenance of financial records and databases
- Preparation and processing of routine financial transactions
- Support with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Assistance with budget tracking and financial reporting
- Creation and maintenance of internal controls and audit trails
- Coordination with external auditors and compliance requirements
- Coordination of supplier payments and invoice management
- Support for general communication and administrative approaches
- Collaboration with colleagues across departments
- Maintenance of filing systems and document organization
- Support for finance-related projects as assigned
- Assistance with financial analysis and reporting tasks
- General administrative support to the finance team
- Coordination of finance department meetings and schedules
Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Proficiency with financial software and MS Office
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Professional communication skills
- English (Advanced level)
- German - Medium level
Desirable Qualifications
- Previous finance or accounting experience
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Familiarity with invoice processing and expense management
Reports To: Finance Central Europe Manager (AUT, CZE, SVK).
