Bureau Veritas is looking for an Electrical Inspector for Switzerland Area located in Zurich area.

 Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conducting inspections and factory acceptance tests on various electrical equipment, including Gas Insulated Switchgear, Generator Circuit Breaker, Uninterruptible Power Supply systems, Battery Chargers, and Hardware fittings and insulators;

• Performing final inspections in accordance with project requirements and applicable industry standards to ensure the quality and compliance of the electrical equipment;

• Creating detailed and high-quality inspection reports;

​​​​​​​

• Reviewing final documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Experience & Skills Required:

• Professional background in Electrical Engineering;

​​​​​​​

• Demonstrated experience in 2nd and 3rd party inspections;

​​​​​​​

• Aramco qualified or SEC (Saudi Electricity Company) approved would be an advantage;

​​​​​​​

• Fluent in English, the ability to work in German and/or French would be an advantage;

​​​​​​​

• Swiss nationality or Swiss work permit mandatory.
